No account set up is required for a quote

Just submit a request via our simple form or inquire by email. Shortly thereafter you will receive an email receipt confirmation from your assigned account manager. 

As soon as we have collected the requested information, we will send you an email with proofs, pricing and any other items you requested. Generally, you can expect this response within 24 hours.

Your ads will hold for your approval. We will advise you of special deadlines as needed to ensure you get the posting dates you want.


We also offer research services to identify the media outlets best suited to the location, budget and time frame of your filing. 

Using the same order form, you can request any needed media market research in advance of advertising. We will reply quickly with the information you need to select the most appropriate options for your client.


Documentation services are included for all ad orders. These take the form of the following:

  • Print ads -- Electronic tearsheets & Hardcopies*
  • Radio ads -- Affidavits of Broadcast
  • Online postings -- Timestamped screenshots
*Please note that hardcopies are not as easily acquired (readily available) as in the past. We will continue to do whatever we can to get hardcopy documents as long as newspapers provide them and our clients desire them.
